After experiencing malpractice and an incomplete root canal at a local clinic, I was relieved to find this office. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how professional and caring everyone was, especially the staff and the ladies at the front desk. The place is also really well kept and had a very nice interior. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. During my consultation, they walked me through my X-rays, sat down with me to explain everything, and included me in every decision. They made the procedure as painless as possible and even gave me a blanket to help me feel comfortable. I would honestly recommend this place to anyone needing a root canal or retreatment. I don't think you'll find a friendlier or more professional clinic for endodontic care.

I highly recommend Fresno Endodontic Group! From the moment you walk into the office, you're greeted by a friendly, professional staff that makes you feel welcome and at ease. I've had multiple root canals done by Dr. Brian L Royle, and every experience has been excellent. He always makes sure I'm comfortable and completely numb before starting, and he constantly checks to make sure I'm not feeling any pain throughout the procedure. His attention to patient comfort is truly appreciated. What stands out the most is how thorough he is. He takes the time to identify the root cause of my tooth problems and clearly explains every step of the treatment plan, making sure I understand exactly what's going on. He's incredibly knowledgeable, works efficiently without ever making me feel rushed, and patiently answers all of my questions. I'm extremely happy with the care I've received and the quality of his work. If you're looking for a skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy endodontist, I can't recommend him and his office highly enough!

So getting a root canal is never fun, but my experience with this office was great. The ladies at the front desk were polite and accommodating as was Dr.Jensen and his assistant Christina. They all made a pretty miserable situation much more bearable. Would absolutely recommend.

I had a really good experience with the Fresno Endodontic Group as I had a root canal performed by them. They were courteous, friendly, fast and thorough. I highly recommend them for any dental work you need done.

I called this office in tears from how much pain I was in and left in tears again, but this time they were happy tears. They were the only endodontic office able to get me in on such short notice, even though they were clearly very busy. Dr. Royle went out of his way to squeeze me in and was able to quickly relieve my pain. I truly can’t express how grateful I am. The entire staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding from the moment I called to the moment I left. If you’re ever in severe dental pain, this is the place you want to go. Highly recommend!
